This Leadership Development Program is a transformative, 3-month hybrid experience designed to develop Africa’s most promising leaders. This program equips participants with critical skills such as strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and innovative leadership. Through a blend of online learning, face-to-face retreats, and personalized coaching, participants are empowered to lead with purpose, drive organizational change, and create sustainable impact across Africa.

Participants embark on purpose projects that address real challenges, bringing actionable solutions to their organizations and communities. 2. Team Excellence Accelerator
Create a high performing team with a clear purpose and a committed roadmap
Transform your team into a high-performing, cohesive unit with the Team Excellence Accelerator program. Designed to align purpose with action, this program empowers teams to execute strategies effectively and overcome challenges with confidence.
Major components of this course include
- BRITE Team Assessment: Evaluate critical elements of team dynamics, including mindsets, structure, cohesion, information processing, and results.
- 2-Day Action Learning Session: Dive deep into team building with facilitated sessions focusing on shared purpose, strengths, and improvement areas.
- Transformative Team Roadmap: Develop a clear, actionable roadmap to foster a thriving team culture.
3. Executive Leadership Coaching
Boost your leadership impact through mastering self-awareness
Our Executive Leadership Coaching initiative in collaboration with One Africa is designed to elevate leaders’ self-awareness and effectiveness in navigating complexities and inspiring transformational change. This comprehensive program includes a series of personalized coaching sessions, beginning with an intake session that features a Leadership Circle Insights Report generated from feedback provided by ten respondents. This report identifies 18 creative competencies and 11 reactive tendencies, effectively highlighting both strengths and potential obstacles.
Key components of the program include:
- Report Debrief Session: A one-on-one discussion focused on reviewing and interpreting the Leadership Circle Report.
- Leadership Development Plan Session: Development of a tailored Leadership Development Plan (LDP), which consists of a Big Time Leadership Goal (BTLG) as well as identified "start" and "stop" behaviours.
- Follow-Up Coaching Sessions: Two additional sessions aimed at monitoring progress, refining the LDP, and overcoming any challenges, culminating in a final session to evaluate overall progress and outline next steps for continued growth.
4. Leaders For African Food & Agri Transition
Building leaders and their networks for innovation and collaboration
This program is a six-month program designed to cultivate new leadership in Africa’s Food & Agriculture sector, addressing the continent’s increasing food demands in a sustainable manner. It begins with a three-day intensive kick-off event and concludes with a two-day session where participants will present their projects to regional CEOs.
The program focuses on facilitating knowledge exchange, fostering cross-country and peer-to-peer mentoring, and promoting inter-company collaboration through both live and online sessions. Participants will engage in “dream projects” aimed at collaboration and endorsement, with the support of a dedicated CEO network to ensure meaningful engagement.
